The Privacy Policy illustrates how your personal data are processed through this website, in compliance with the current EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”).

Purposes and legal bases.

In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, adequacy, relevance and necessity under article 5 GDPR, the data controller will process your personal in order to pursuing scientific research purposes as well as marketing ones under articles 9 sub j), 89, and 6 sub f) GDPR.

Recipients and data transfer

The data processed for the aforementioned purposes will be communicated or accessible to the employees and collaborators instructed, therefore appointed, by the Data Controller as system administrators and / or authorized to the data processing. The results of the survey will be processed and used for scientific research purposes, as aggregate and pseudonymized data. Your contact details will be used for communication and dissemination activities (events, newsletter, products and services promotion) undertaken by Relief s.r.l. Your data are collected and stored on servers located in the European Union.

Duration

The navigation data automatically collected are stored as long as it is necessary to process your request, they will be deleted immediately after processing. The contact details and other personal data provided are stored for the duration of Relief s.r.l. activities.

Rights of the data subjects

The data subject may exercise the following rights:

– to access to personal data, in the cases and in the ways referred to in article 15 GDPR;

– the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data, in the cases and ways referred to in articles 16-18 GDPR;

– the portability of data, in the cases and in the ways referred to in article 20 GDPR;

– to object to the processing, under article 21 GDPR;
